Fendi Bags and Purses
Fendi purses came to life in 1925 in Rome, Italy at the hands of a young couple, Edoardo and Adele Fendi. Fendi purses immediately became the item to have and carried a certain prestige along with the well made Fendi furs. The business grew quickly during the 30′s and 40′s and became famous outside of Rome during this time.
The whole Fendi family got involved with the growing business. In 1946, the five daughters of Edoardo and Adele brought their ideas into the family owned business. Their job was to develop and propose new products for the Fendi purse and fur lines. The Fendi sisters soon brought Karl Lagerfeld into the business and his ideas revolutionized the family run business. During this time the Double F logo is designed and becomes a prominent feature on Fendi purses.

These handmade purses were hand finished by master saddlers and available in a limited edition series.
